One-click docking and one-click recovery improve operating efficiency by more than 30%. It also has an emergency stop function to quickly handle on-site emergencies and reduce safe operation risks.
It is reported that this project is Shihua Company’s key unmanned and automated intrinsically safe research and development project in 2023. The intelligent docking system breaks through the barriers to encryption of imported chip programs, uses the current advanced mainstream AI artificial intelligence and machine learning technology, adopts the principle of bionics, and learns the manual operation of the oil transfer arm docking process through deep learning algorithms to achieve "China's core intelligent control import" The goal is to realize the automation of oil transfer arm docking and the localization of key technologies.
During the R&D process, the company’s R&D team made full use of the small oil transfer arm of the safety skills training base to carry out equipment intelligent control transformation and algorithm verification, and used satellite differential positioning, visual measurement, and lidar obstacle avoidance. , motion perception, AI artificial intelligence recognition, edge computing, motion path planning and other technologies to carry out operational simulations, witnessing breakthroughs "from scratch" throughout the process. After the technology matures, it will be upgraded and installed at the dock site to ensure the safety of the transformation and minimize the impact on production.
While ensuring safe operation and improving work quality and efficiency, this project also meets the development needs of energy conservation and emission reduction. It has been calculated that each operation of an oil transfer arm can save an average of 3 kilowatt hours of electricity, effectively reducing resource waste.
