Recently, Zhejiang Province issued the "Zhejiang Province Carbon Peak Carbon Neutral Science and Technology Innovation Action Plan" (hereinafter referred to as the "Plan"). This is the first carbon-neutral technological innovation action plan introduced in the country. The plan closely follows the national strategic deployment and the actual conditions of Zhejiang Province. First, act quickly and keep up with demand.
